I. What is your turnaround time?
General sessions will be delivered 3 weeks after the session date.
Weddings will be delivered 8 weeks after the session date
Elopements will be delivered 6 weeks after the session date.
II. Do you photograph other types of sessions? Family, grad, portraits?
I only photograph these sessions on weekdays and availability is very limited.
III. Is the payment due in full?
For general sessions, a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is due to secure your date.
For weddings and elopements, a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is due to secure your date.
You have 2 days to complete this or your session date is released.
IV. When is the remainder of the payment due?
The remainder of the payment for general sessions is due the day of the session, before your session start time.
For weddings and elopements the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
V. Do you travel?
YESSS!! Travel is highly encouraged! I have curated special packages for wedding & elopements all over California, out of state, and international. If booking a couples or maternity session (depending on the package you select) I travel 30-200 miles from Sacramento. If traveling over the specified milage a travel fee of $2 a mile (one way) will be added on to the final package price. If traveling over 4 hours one way, a one night hotel accommodation is required.
VI. How do we get our images?
You'll receive your images via an online gallery where you can directly download the images and even order professional grade prints directly from your personalized gallery.
VII. Do you offer prints?
YES! You can order all kinds of prints directly from your online gallery!
VIII. Do you give raw photos?
No, the images that are unedited are not given or sold to clients.
IX. FOR WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS. IF WE WANT TO EXTEND OUR TIME OF EVENT COVERAGE CAN WE?
Yes! Each additional hour is $200. If you request to add on hours reflecting the hourly rate of another package you will be required to upgrade your collection. If the day of your event you need extra hours, just let me know if I am able to accommodate I will stay. There is a $300 hourly over time rate if contracted for additional hours the day of your event. The additional hourly coverage will be billed to you with a due date of 1 week after your wedding.
X. CAN WE ADD ON A SECOND SHOOTER?
Absolutely, and I HIGHLY recommend that you do if your package doesn't include one.
Do you offer sneak peek images?
I do not. I personally believe doing so takes away from my creativity and workflow. You will receive your full gallery by the turn around date.
